Create a Workspace

1. Create Workspace

1) Click on the "+ Create" button in the upper right corner of the [Settings] - [Workspace] tab.

3) In the basic information form of the workspace creation screen, enter the workspace name in the "Name" attribute.

4) Choose a color for the workspace in the "Color" attribute.

5) Enter a description for the workspace in the "Description" attribute.

2. Register Registry

1) Select the created workspace name from the list on the workspace screen.

2) Click on the image registry icon on the right side of the basic information.

3) Choose the previously created registry and click the "Apply" button.

3) Confirm the registered registry.

3. Assign/Remove Clusters

3.1 AssignCluster

1) Select the created workspace name from the list on the workspace screen.

2) Click the "Assign/Remove Cluster" button on the right side of the allocated cluster, and the Assign/Remove window will appear.

3) In the "Select" of the allocation/removal window, choose the previously created cluster and click the "+ Add" button.

4) Click the "Save" button at the bottom right.

5) Confirm the list of allocated clusters.

3.2 Remove Cluster

1) In the Assign/Remove window, click the "Assign/Remove Cluster" button on the right side of the allocated cluster, and the Assign/Remove window will appear.

2) Press the "-" button on the right of the cluster you want to delete, remove it from the list, and then click the "Save" button at the bottom right.

3) Confirm that the cluster has been removed from the list of allocated clusters.

4. Allocation/retrieval Service Maps

4.1 Allocate Service Map

1) Select the created workspace name from the list on the workspace screen.

2) Click the "Service Map Allocation/retrieval " button on the right side of the allocated service map.

3) Select the cluster, choose the service map, and click the "+ Add" button.

4) Confirm the added item, select the target service map group, and click the "Save" button at the bottom right.

5) Confirm that the service map has been allocated in the list of allocated service maps.

4.2 retrieval Service Map

1) Click the "Service Map Allocation/retrieval" button on the right side of the allocated service map.

2) Press the "-" button on the right of the service map you want to revoke, remove it from the list, and then click the "Save" button at the bottom right.

3) Confirm that the service map has been revoked in the list of allocated service maps.

5. Assign/Remove Build Servers

5.1 Assign Build Server

1) Select the created workspace name from the list on the workspace screen.

2) Click "Assign/Remove Build Server" on the right side of the allocated build server.

3) After selecting the build server, click the "+ Add" button.

4) Confirm the added item and click the "Save" button at the bottom right.

5) Confirm that the build server has been allocated in the list of allocated build servers.

5.2Remove Build Server

1) Click "Assign/Remove Build Server" on the right side of the allocated build server.

2) Press the "-" button next to the build server you want to revoke, remove it from the list, and then click the "Save" button at the bottom right.

3) Confirm that the build server has been revoked in the list of allocated build servers.

6. Register/delete Members

6.1 Register Members

• Users with USER role need to register members to access Workspaces.

1) Click the "Register/delete Members" button on the right side of the members.

2) Select the name of the member to be registered in the workspace, grant permissions, and click the "Save" button at the bottom.

3) Confirm that the member has been registered with the selected permissions.

6.2 delete Members

1) Click the "Register/delete Members" button on the right side of the members.

2) Select the name of the member to be removed, uncheck the combo box, and click the "Save" button.

3) Confirm that the member has been removed.
